This Privacy Policy explains how the Next Gen Foods Group of companies (comprising Next Gen Foods Holding Ltd and each of its direct and indirect subsidiaries and associated companies from time to time, including without limitation Next Gen Foods Pte Ltd (Singapore), N G Foods B.V. (Netherlands), and Next Gen Foods, Inc (USA)) (collectively, “Next Gen Foods”, “we”, “us“, and “our”) collects, uses, discloses, processes, and stores information regarding Personal Data (as defined below) provided to us by users through our various channels such as our websites, applications and third party social networks. Personal Data we collect about you.
Personal Data which we collect or may collect about you includes:
- General statistical information about users for internal reporting aimed at improving our website(s) as sources of information about our business. Information collected includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is not linked to any information that is personally identifiable;
- Personal data about you to provide you with a range of personalized services, depending on how you interact with our website(s) and/or third party social network accounts;

For how long your Personal Data is stored.

Your rights.
You possess a number of legal rights concerning your Personal Data.

That said, we do not envisage that any decisions will be made about you using automated means. We will inform you if there is a change in this position.

You may also request that we delete your personal information (subject to certain exceptions), and that we not sell your personal information (which in any event we do not do).

Children’s information.
As we are unable to distinguish the age of persons who access and/or use our websites, or who interact with us through third party social networks, a blanket Privacy Policy is applied. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you think that a child or a person below the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Data without parental or guardian consent, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Our websites may contain links to third party websites and services with which we have no affiliation, and who may adopt different data protection and privacy policies than us. A link to or other availability of any third party website or service does not mean we endorse it, or the quality or accuracy of the information presented on it.
