Fry in hot oil at medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes until crisp and browned, turning over once, half-way through. Let it rest for 2 minutes.

OVEN

Temp220°C Time5-7 mins

Preheat to 220˚C. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, turning over once, half-way through. Let it rest for 2 minutes.

PAN FRYING
