TiNDLE OYAKONDON
INGREDIENTS
- 2 TiNDLE Burgers
- Dashi Stock
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 stems spring onions
- 250g cooked rice
Method
- Cook the TiNDLE Burgers using your preferred cooking method according to the packet’s instructions. Once cooked, cut them into strips.
- Chop the onion and pan fry until soft and golden.
- Add in the Dashi Stock into the pan, and bring to boil.
- Separately, beat the eggs.
- Add the TiNDLE burger stripes and the eggs into the pan. Cover with the lid, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle spring onions and serve with a bowl of cooked rice.
