TiNDLE OYAKONDON

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 TiNDLE Burgers
  • Dashi Stock
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 stems spring onions
  • 250g cooked rice

Method

  1. Cook the TiNDLE Burgers using your preferred cooking method according to the packet’s instructions. Once cooked, cut them into strips.
  2. Chop the onion and pan fry until soft and golden.
  3. Add in the Dashi Stock into the pan, and bring to boil.
  4. Separately, beat the eggs.
  5. Add the TiNDLE burger stripes and the eggs into the pan. Cover with the lid, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle spring onions and serve with a bowl of cooked rice.
